We ship all continental USA packages by standard UPS.
If you receive a damaged shipment, report it to UPS immediately, do not accept a damaged box without first looking at the contents, UPS must be informed of the damaged condition. This has only happened a few times, but unless you have the original packaging, we cannot accept the return.
